Having never visited a Tim Hortons before, we very much enjoyed our experience! Such phenomenal staff, incredibly attentive- especially Lester. We even got a free sample of TimBits for my daughter, a lovely gesture. We will definitely be returning.

My first time trying food from this Canadian burger chain. I have to say it was really good! I went for a double cheeseburger meal which included lattice fries and a drink (I only had water tho, because I don't drink coffee, milkshakes, frappés etc.) This meal marks my FIRST EVER fast food burger that actually tasted like a proper home cooked burger, lovely and juicy with plenty of flavour, not slathered in ketchup and mustard (as per McDonald's and Burger King) and actually hot (again, take note McD's and BK.) I loved the lattice fries, sliced fried potato waffley things that you can also get with a Nacho cheese topping! The service was quick but not brusque, and the restaurant was very clean and airy with proper furniture, comfy upholstered chairs and large tables. There was nice background music (not blaring Spotify tracks chosen for the staffs benefit) which lent a cool chilled out vibe to the atmosphere. My meal was £7.49 and well worth it, my only gripe was that it was self-service ordering (but that seems to be the norm these days.) I don't eat burgers or fast food very often, but from now on, when I do, this will be my go to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pretty decent food and drinks, we have heard a lot of good things about this place and happy it lived up to the hype. The only thing that didn't was the mini doughnuts, they were alright. Plenty of free parking, drive through if you don't want to stop in and the inside looked clean / cosy. The food was a fair price for the quality and the staff were also friendly.

Special shout out to harvey. An absolute credit to your company. Harvey went above and beyond to ensure my dietary requirements were adhered to. He was welcoming, professional and helpful all round, it’s difficult having allergies and having to order, but harvey made me feel comfortable and assured. The food was also amazing. Great coconut milk lattes with yummy vegan wrap. Would like it if there were a vegan sweet option to choose from? Handy location when out in Westwood Cross. Very helpful staff. A little piece of Canada in Thanet

I'm guessing these cafes are all pretty much the same. I find it rather a cold place, it's hard to judge service when you never really have any other than picking up your tray, so there is barely any interaction. The food is average, they so have a small plant based offering. The lattice fries always seem to be overdone. The place itself is a bit like an ice rink, I've never taken my coat off there. It is clean and the bathrooms are also well tended to. If your after coffee and doughnuts it's a good option as they have a great range.
